Mindfulness series for students and their families
Are you looking for ways to improve your focus/concentration and/or bring a sense of calm to your day?
Your resourceress (a.k.a., librarian), Ms. DeGroat, is also a certified Koru Mindfulness teacher.
If a minimum of five students are interested, she’d like to offer a virtual Koru-inspired mindfulness series that would include four weekly sessions at 1pm on Fridays between Nov. 20th and winter break, skipping the Friday of Thanksgiving break. The first session would last one hour and the other three sessions would be 45 minutes each with an optional 15-minute reflection time about mindfulness before each of those sessions.
